Edward C. Siegel

Edward C. SiegelEdward, founder of the Center for Evaluation Research (CER), has deep roots in applied research. CER’s capabilities are based, in large part, on its strong background in statistical computing. Its experience in developing innovative evaluation systems and integrated data base systems dates back to Data Associates, a forerunner of CER. For example, the Substance Abuse Monitoring System (SAMS), which is at the core of Minnesota’s Chemical Dependency Division data collection efforts, is an evolved form of the Problem Monitoring System developed by Data Associates in 1977.

A few years and a few transitions later, its offices were re-located in 2006 to Minneapolis, on Glenwood Avenue, where it provides the best advertising and graphic design services to companies large and small. Projects include advertising, annual reports, brochures, identity systems, logos, naming, newsletters, packaging, posters, signage, radio, television, websites and much more.
